We greatly value your business and wish to specify our policies to
prevent misunderstandings and confusion as to our policies.

To secure any form of entertainment a deposit is required. Deposits are non-refundable.
All services must be paid for in full prior to scheduled entertainment date. We accept cash, and all major credit
cards. We will only accept personal checks as long as payment clears 10 days prior to rendered service.
All wedding rentals and chocolate fountains must be paid in full 10 days prior to scheduled event.
It is our policy that refunds are only awarded when services are not rendered. Deposits as stated are non-refundable
but are indefinitely extendable for future use towards any of our services if cancellation of event occurred 7 business days
prior to scheduled entertainment.
We do not accept Purchase Orders.
We can accept payment via any major credit card over the phone. However either a faxed or signed authorization must
be provided.
All payments can be made paid in cash by stopping in our office.
For most small private home shows, deposit is due to reserve your costume character, clown, magician, etc., and upon arrival
of performer the remaining balance is to be paid to the performer in cash.
Any entertainment booked in less than 3 business days prior to event may be subject to an additional booking fee.
Travel fees are applicable outside of the immediate Buffalo, NY area for entertainment.
Delivery charges may apply to rental equipment depending on size of order.
Rain: If there is rain or inclemant weather, we will contact you prior to delivery of your bounce house or other
entertainment. You will have the option of requesting that we perform the service booked on a different date or that we
proceed with delivery and setup. We do not provide refunds in the event of rain. We cannot operate inflatables or electrical
devices in the rain, it is dangerous and there is a risk of electrocution.
Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will not disclose or sell any telephone numbers, addresses, or email information
gathered from you in the course of doing business to third parties or vendors. We may contact you occassionally for
promotional purposes. However, we assure you that it will be no more than once monthly. We are anti spam and follow strict
guidelines as to contacting you via email.
